  2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
